We know that it can be intimidating to shop from a store in a different country. Please see below some of the many things we offer to help you pay for your items easily, and get them to you safely.

You can use our shopping cart to calculate shipping costs anywhere that FedEx delivers.

That will be the shipping costs, NOT the DUTIES TAX or CUSTOMS BROKER!We recommend researching these taxes and fees before placing an order with us.

NOTE: The concept of Free Shipping is just that, a concept. Someone has to pay for the shipping somewhere. For example, you can get Free Shipping on our items that are sold on Amazon, but in reality, the shipping cost is added into the item price, and so you are still paying for shipping, it is just hidden from your view, built into the item cost. DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING？We wrap and protect your mallets like they were our infant child, all swaddled in soft bubble wrap and cute paper in a strong cardboard box.
If you have any problems with damage upon receiving your item, immediately take photos of the box, and the packing materials, and the damage to item, and contact us. Please save the packing materials. Will need photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. Different carriers have different requirements for damage claims. Once you contact us we will ask for specific photos. To put in a claim, we need those photos!
